[Building Sakai] UCT is running 10.x

Hi all,

UCT upgraded to Sakai 10.x today (with a few patches).

So far it looks good except for 2 unexpected issues:

Possible problems with site caching:

Our elasticsearch cluster is not clustering properly:
https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SRCH-134

We are running the old profile/roster tools because of local requirements not yet supported by profile2 (related to SMS integration), and a bunch of contrib tools. Here is our .externals:

and this is the set of patches we are applying to our build:

Thanks to Longsight and OpenCollab for helping us with various upgrade issues and migrating contrib tools to 10.x.
