No, the only thing I know of is a jira where I've put a few of them in the description. I think the best place for them would be in the admin Sites tool right on that page where you're adding the properties to list possible properties. (Since there really aren't that many)

But there's probably a lot I don't know about.

Okay, I can reproduce the issue on Sakai 10.0 . Sounds like a Jira is needed.

Fwiw, I did not know one could override a property like that at the site level. So cool! (sorry, geeking out on that ;-) ).

This options has explicit support, most properties aren't overridable on a per site basis.
