[Building Sakai] Multiple training centers but same course

Hi All,

I am new to Sakai.

I have to develop a system having following requirements
- There will be a total of 5 (initially) training centres in different
cities.
- Each centre has same 2 type of courses (6 Months and 40 Days)
- Each centre has its own staff (Java Faculty, PHP Faculty etc.) and
Students can register for a specific course in specific centre
- Need to maintain attendance centre wise and course wise.
- Need centre specific reports and overall reports like No. of students,
attendance etc.

Please suggest what would be the best way to achieve these requirements
using Sakai.
