[Building Sakai] sakai server disappeared from SAKAI_CLUSTER table

Hello all,

We notice that online tool does not show one of our four server's session
information and we find that SAKAI_CLUSTER table does not have this server.
Does anybody have the same problem like us? If so, how can we resolve this
issue?
