[Building Sakai] New tool creation questions

[Steve Swinsburg]

The Maven archetype has working code to do all of that, though it uses
Spring JDBC instead of Hibernate. But the Sakai services are there. There
are examples of code on the programmers cafe for how to do the dependency
injection etc.
