[Building Sakai] I think trunk is broken

Looks like a change I made this morning relating to trying to get
evaluation back into the nightly experimental. Actually at

Hierarchy has been working fine until then. Could have sworn I tested that
this morning. Was related to trying to put a variable into the version tag
of the pom. Looks like this is still not possible. Should be fixed on next
refresh.
