[Building Sakai] MySql configuration is throwing Erros

Just wanted to follow up on this as I'd had the same problem this week and found that the solution for me was to set hibernate.dialect (in your sakai.properties or local.properties) to MySQL5InnoDBDialect instead of MySQLInnoDBDialect - then Hibernate just does the right thing.
