[Building Sakai] Changing user profile pictures

Hello there.

 

  Im tryng to show off Sakai pictures of users for adminstrators and / or
teachers. Ive got the pictures under a URL, and ive updated SAKAI_PERSON_T
table to use that URL. When i log in as the student, i can see my Picture,
however as a admin or teacher, im not able to see that Picture. Is there
something im missing ? Maybe some privacy configuration under the students
profile i must be missing , so others can see theyr pictures ?
