[Building Sakai] Announcements - Email notifications with beginning date

Hi,

I am from Unisa and we are currently on Sakai 2.9.1.

We are having a problem on Announcements where e-mail notifications do not go out to participants if the "beginning date" is in the future.  Even on the beginning date the e-mail does not go out.

The org.sakaiproject.component.app.scheduler.ScheduledInvocationManagerImpl.runner job is running.
