[Building Sakai] [Using Sakai] Resources Changes for Sakai 11

To me, these don't tell users *why*:

- Desktop access
- Set up desktop access
- Client connect
- Desktop access instructions

Am I right that users will have to click the button to see what it's for?
 Because that's not ideal UI.

I'd recommend giving the users more information -- tell them what the
button is for:

- Transfer multiple files
- Move multiple files
- Upload-download multiple files

My preference is keeping the last one.
