[Building Sakai] difference between registered and guest accounts

Hi

It boils down to the realms and permissions that the user types have. Check
out the differences between the permissions in the registered and guest
realms in administration realms tool. You can create more user types and
customise the permissions, then assign users those types and they get the
permissions.

Sakai has no users except for admin ootb so these are just for convenience
really.
