[Building Sakai] SAKAI localization

Hello

I'm working on the translation of SAKAI to Russian.

The new HTML Editor is now included in SAKAI.

Some texts are not translated (Word count, Flash, etc).

Where I can find these texts to translate them?

 



And another Bug, may be.

It seems to me that here there must be the text from the properties, but it
is not.
