[Building Sakai] Remove the "Duplicate Site" from the Site Info tool

Hi,

Is there any property in the sakai.properties file that let's one display/hide the
"Duplicate Site" link in the Site Info Tool?

We don't want professors to
create other site than the ones allowed.
