[Building Sakai] antisamy to allow iframe for Kaltura video

What is the source of the embed code you've posted here? Is this from
Kaltura Media Gallery itself (by clicking on the Embed Code link)? Or do
you create it yourself?

I ask because the embed code Kaltura is giving me is still flash-based.
Here is an example:
