[Building Sakai] Samigo - File Upload question type

Hi All

I noticed that the File Upload question type has a "Answer Point Value"
field when being created, but after an file has been uploaded, the score
value for the question stay "0" never mind what the user added as a value
for the Answer point value.

Surely there are other types of questions that operates the same being
difficult to score but still provide the "Answer Point Value" field on
creation. Its just that it confuses users that did enter a value, but don't
see a result thereof.  Or am I missing something here :)?
