[Building Sakai] Course group of groups

Hi All

We received a request to add functionality that allow the creation of a
Group of Groups in Course Site's group management.

This was brought up after sending emails (using Messages tool) to multiple
groups where in fact creating a Parent group to group similar groups
together would save on time it takes to select all groups in the 'To'
field.

How much of an impact will a change like this have on the rest of Sakai?
