[Building Sakai] 10.x nightly is down

Hi Neal,

Build is OK, Startup is OK.
It seems that somebody  shutdown the server.

Dec 04, 2014 2:30:03 AM org.apache.catalina.core.StandardServer await
INFO: A valid shutdown command was received via the shutdown port. Stopping the Server instance.
