[Building Sakai] Cas integration in sakai 10.0

Hallo

I tried to configure the login-tool web.xml and pom.xml as previously
discussed by Steve Swinsburg, but relaised something changed is sakai 10 

As seen in SAK-23187 I'm a bit confused Do I realy just edit 
xlogin-context.xml file put it in the sakai source folder and build and
deploy ? Or in Tomcat dir ? What sakai.properties do I need?
