[Building Sakai] Fwd: VoiceThread Tool "Assignment Builder" Missing

Hey,

I was wondering if anyone using the VoiceThread tool had an issue where the
"Assignment Builder" option was not showing up in the "VoiceThread Setup"
page?

imsti.allowoutcomes for this tool is set to "on", so it should be able to
return grades, and *should* have the "Assignment Builder" option.
