[Building Sakai] Trying to use Evaluation System tool

Hi Sergio,

I have never deployed Sakai in Windows, neither Evalsys. It seems that
Maven is not deploying Evalsys in your Tomcat, so the database tables will
not be created therefore.

If Evalsys code is deployed correctly, a war file should be in
<tomcat>/webapps directory and some jar files should be in
<tomcat>/shared/lib too. At least that happens in Linux.

The command I use to deploy in Linux is:

mvn clean install sakai:deploy -P sakai2.9 -Dmaven.tomcat.home=<TOMCAT-PATH>

Try this and if it still does not work, I think you should ask to some
expert in Maven under Windows.

Hope it helps.
Best regards.
