[Building Sakai] roster2 i18n strings

Hi all,

Roster2 now uses standard Java properties for i18n strings. They are in
src/bundle/org/sakaiproject/roster/bundle and are loaded via the
ResourceLoader as with state of the art JSF tools. I've done the same with
CLOG and YAFT. I've also moved roster to using Handlebars rather than
Trimpath; it's more current and allows amazing things like comments in the
templates.
