[Building Sakai] help - video integration

We are testing in a development environment with strict limitations - no
other servers available.  I've looked at Kaltura but it appears to require a
separate Linux (CentOS) which is not an option for us at this time.

What about VLC?  Will this integrate with Sakai and if so, how?

must reside on same server as Sakai LMS ??  You really sure about that, it
going to greatly limit your choices and scaleability, seems like a really
odd requirement.
