[Building Sakai] JIRA Subversion ALM issue

Yeah, I personally also preferred the old one. One thing I'd mentioned (and
filed) against the new (ALM one) was one the old one supported which was
tracking moved issues.

While the ALM picking up changes in edited logs (without a reindex is a
nice feature that will probably not get fixed in the existing plugin (
https://ecosystem.atlassian.net/browse/SVN-59) and there are a few other
nice things, seems like there are still issues with it that don't work out
if it has to be exclusive.
