[Building Sakai] JIRA Subversion ALM issue

Hi J-F,

Thanks.

I am looking for feedback on the new Subversion ALM and would like to 
briefly discuss at the Sakai core team meeting tomorrow. We do have the 
option of reverting back to the original Subversion tab. It may be 
possible to have both, so that we can take advantage of ALM features 
while having our good old standby, but need to double check with Wush.
