[Building Sakai] Sakai over ubuntu's default Tomcat 7

Hi subscribers!

I'm trying to install Sakai in an Ubuntu's official Tomcat7 (default 
package) but i'm facing some issues during startup.

AFAIK everything is correctly configured (catalina.properties, 
server.xml, etc..), so don't know if there are additional steps for this 
platform. Does anyone achieved the installation in this platform (Ubuntu 
14)?

Here is the mentioned error:
