[Building Sakai] Serious Security Issue: OpenSSL HeartBleed Bug

Hi All,

Just in case you have not been notified, there is a serious bug in OpenSSL
allowing clients to get access to people's usernames and passwords.  Yahoo
was affected; Google was not.  Yahoo has fixed their problem, but anybody
with Yahoo account better change their password to be safe.
