[Building Sakai] [apereo-announcements] UPDATE: Sakai SVN repos transferred and now available (committers reset your passwords)

Anthony wrote to me off list and said this should be resolved. I haven't
had a chance to verify, can you run a build? Local repo poms may be
corrupted now so delete the artifacts for something you know was failing.
