[Building Sakai] 6 tools in 2.9 where you can't tell which "tab" is currently selected--3 on track for 2.10 fix?

Hello
After 2.9 came out, there were at least 6 tools in which the selected "tab" button in the top toolbar didn't change it's appearance to indicate that it was currently selected: Roster, Gradebook, Samigo, Section Info, Wiki and Preferences. I have created JIRAs to track them. Although the header of that page indicates where you are, users would expect that selected tab would change in appearance to indicate that is where you are (it was black text, while the other tabs were blue text, prior to 2.9).

The fix, already adopted by Assignments and Materials, seems to be to add the new class="current" (from tool.css) to the span holding the currently selected tab. This gives the selected tab (which looks like a button) a dark grey appearance that makes it appear depressed, at least with the default skin.

Yuki Yamada patched SAK-23449 (Roster), which should also solve SAK-24402 (Gradebook). I hope this can make it into 2.10 (or earlier?).
Stanford should do the fix for Tests & Quizzes (SAM-2103) and I'm encouraging our team to complete it before end of October.

It's possible we will also get to these other 3, but if others have done it, or are better positioned to do it for 2.10, that would be awesome so we could have consistency in 2.10:
SAK-23448: Can't tell which page you are on based on button state of Preferences toolbar
SAK-24400: Can't tell which page you are on based on the button state of Section Info
SAK-24403: Can't tell which page you are on based on the button state of Wiki toolbar
