[Building Sakai] JForum 2.9.11 for Sakai Now Released!

The Etudes team is pleased to announce the release of JForum 2.9.11 for
Sakai 2.9.1.
Highlights of this release include:
. UI changes to Jforum to match other Etudes tools
. Replacement of the UI code to use API's
. Integration with CK Editor*
. Implementation of "Open" and "Allow Until" dates
. Tagging of "late" posts in red, if submitted after the due date
. Import from site carries over groups in forums
. Addition of start/stop dates to topics
. Addition of minimum number of posts required
. Addition of Google+, Skype, and LinkedIn in Profile
. and much more...
*Local implementation includes integration with Wiris MathML editor
(javascript version) and Web Spell Checker.

JForum Discussion & Private Messages is an easy-to-use, yet robust tool that
offers industry-standard functionality to instructors and students.
Instructors can set up unlimited categories and forums, moderate topics
(move, edit, delete, lock, or unlock), read recent topics and mark them as
read, watch and bookmark topics, communicate privately with users, and much
more. Jforum offers support for private group work and offers powerful, yet
flexible grading of discussion topics and forums. Jforum is integrated with
Sakai's users, groups, and the gradebook (first generation).
