[Building Sakai] Sakai Schedule tool Subscriptions(export)

We are upgrading Sakai 2.9.3 and I assume Sakai 2.9.3 has Subscriptions
(export) feature at its Schedule tool (please see Calendar view modes:
http://rci.rutgers.edu/~oirt/sakai/helpdocs2/schedule.php) and it turns out
not true. I am wondering how we can add this feature into Sakai 2.9.3
