[Building Sakai] edit site information error

Without the complete tomcat log, it's hard to say what problem you are running into. But as for as the properties below, I'd say they appear correct if that's functionality you want, but if the functionality isn't needed, then turn them off. If enabling these properties appears to be the source of the problem, then let us know or right it up as a bug in JIRA.
