[Building Sakai] nightly trunk build failure

I have the nightly and experimental scripts updated with suggestions from Anthony.  Experimental is currently rebuilding.  Assuming that works, trunk will be good to go again at the noon build.

The Nightly build script needs to be tweeked to do a mvn clean install on the master pom first before attempting to build trunk as a whole. [1]
