[Building Sakai] Site archive tool

Hi all,
at Universidad Complutense de Madrid we're starting our third year with
Sakai 2.8 in production, so it's time for us to make backup of our Sakai
first year sites. And to delete them afterwards.

We have been testing the site archive tool  (backup and subsequent
restoration) and we've observed the following problems:

- site participants list is lost, as well as site info groups
- with announcements, syllabus and assignments tools it seems that at
restauration time items get duplicate (we observe the same behavior with
web content, as described at SAK-21867)
- we don't get back gradebook, lessonbuilder and chat contents after
restauration (found SAK-1554)

With sakai-2.9.x-all versión the only problema that seem to be solved is
the one related to lessonbuilder contents restauration.

For us (and for other spanish universities I've talked with; isn't the same
for you?) site archive is a very important functionality.
¿Maybe we have a misconfiguration that gets into a worst behavior that
expected? ¿Any of these problems maybe are solved? ¿Other JIRA's we have
not seen?
If all of these problems we've found are real, I'm really surprised that
Sakai is having these issues at this point. ¿Any plans to get them solved?
