[Building Sakai] Badging and Sakai

Chris,

My name is on SAK-20380 but I have made no progress on it.   

I hope to build a badging infrastructure after I finish LTI 2.0 for Sakai and then wrap up all of the iframe issues that have popped up in the iframe and LTI tools.   Mozilla Open Badging is what I was intending to build - I already build a simple Moz-Badge tool in PHP for my online.dr-chuck.com web site.   The technical bits of Moz badges are surprisingly simple and elegant - so the design in Sakai should come together quickly - but for me not until LTI 2.0 and iframes are well in hand.  If someone wants to move this more quickly I am happy to step back and become the cheerleader :)
