[Building Sakai] Retiring sakai-trunk-all branch (now redundant)

For some time now checking out Sakai trunk = check out all core trunk code, thus rendering redundant the need to maintain the handy sakai-trunk-all branch. [1]  There is now no compelling reason to maintain the sakai-trunk-all branch and I intend to delete it on Friday, 8 November 2013.

If you want Sakai trunk code, just perform a check out of trunk:

svn co https://source.sakaiproject.org/svn/sakai/trunk trunk

You get all the code.

This retirement is limited to sakai-trunk-all only.  The other popular *-all branches will not be touched.
