[Building Sakai] Tomcat access log valve suggestions wanted

Does anyone have Tomcat AccessLogValve configurations that they'd like to
share? It looks like it supports logging of specific attributes from the
ServletRequest and HttpSession objects, so I was wondering if there are any
good attributes to monitor when running Sakai.

   - *%{xxx}r* xxx is an attribute in the ServletRequest
   - *%{xxx}s* xxx is an attribute in the HttpSession
