[Building Sakai] [cle-release-team] [Using Sakai] new name for sakai 2.10

Anything besides 2.10

I like 4.0 (only b/c 3.0 is tainted). Sakai 10 I would be ok with.
Mainly, we need to go to a digit versioning system (10.0, 10.1 ...)

Tying a year to a release is bad. Sakai X Wolf is a rip off of OSX, but
there are a lot of people who like apple (not to mention there is still a
version number behind each of these).
