[Building Sakai] Chrome 30 and HTTP

It's working ok here, Chrome 30 in Windows 7. We are also using a BIG-IP F5
load balancer.

Curious as to what effect people see if they put 'proxyPort="443"
scheme="https" secure="true"' in Tomcat's main HTTP connector.

If you do try this, two things to check while testing it are the "Site URL"
in the site setup tool, and the iframe's URL in the section info tool.
