[Building Sakai] Regarding Turnitin Administrator Account

Turinitin is not free. I suspect to use with sakai you will need to have an institutional account.

                I integrated Assignment2 with turnitin in sakai-2.9.2-all source code,i don't have administrator account in turnitin, is that free account or how to create administrator account in turnitin can u help me?
