[Building Sakai] nightly2 problem

It looks like experimental has had build errors for some weeks now.  I updated the .externals to be more in line of the changes that occurred to trunk on the 12th.  I kicked off another build and we'll see what it does this time.

Looks like it's a problem with KNL-309 and hsqldb. I only tested this on mysql yesterday.
