[Building Sakai] WebDAV issue in Sakai 2.9.2 - Duplicated relativepath

Thanks for sharing this Daniel. 

I knew that there were additional WebDav fixes in 2.9.3 but was not sure what to tell you about specifics.

Folks-in-the-know, perhaps I should add this list of Jiras to revert to the 2.9 release notes for 2.9.2-specific information?
