[Building Sakai] import and export calendar tool for students

Hello,

If I am not wrong, looks like the current calendar (Schedule) tool allows
Students to see only *Add*, *Merge*, and *Fields* tabs. *Import*,
*Subscriptions
(import) *and* **Subscriptions (Export)* are only for instructors. I am
wondering whether there is any method for students to import and/or export
Sakai Calendar to/from external calendars (ical, exchange mail and so on).
