[Building Sakai] Нow to restore a project site with a site id

Hi everybody

When trying to restore a deleted site with site id an error
appeared----------

Session

no session established

no tool session established

Unknown Request

Request Attributes:

-----------What could have gone wrong? and how can it be fixed? Should
something have been installed/initiated to enable restore?

using Sakai 2.8 - Kernel 1.2.5 - MySQL
