[Building Sakai] Tools missing on Experimental Build server

I think I understand what was going on, I just missed this email. It just
makes it so it checks out a little bit more stuff in the trunk build, but
only builds it with that profile. That makes sense to me rather than
maintaining two branches. We might even want to add more profiles to this
build base in the future so people could just build individual experimental
tools (rather than all of them).

If Anthony doesn't get to it today I'll probably have time later to look at
it before the rebuild tonight.
