[Building Sakai] GCalendar-Sakai integration

For this to work, you must have Google Account Service that has permissions
for the user's address.  It will not work for user at gmail.com, as Google
will not give such permissions to your service.

University of Michigan has its own Google domain, umich.edu.

Do you have your own domain?  If so, make sure you have given the service
permissions to your email address.
