[Building Sakai] WebDav and Windows 7

I am able to connect to webdav from Windows 7 PC and read/delete the 
files but when I add a new file to the folder.. I am getting "You need 
permission to perform this action". message.. (image attached)

I think this is something in Windows settings but if anyone find this 
kind of error like this and solution for this.
