[Building Sakai] CSV File not getting parsed/read

Hi Steve

I'm stuck with this issue - is there any workaround?

I created the CSV with a text editor, I tried adding quotes, it is plain
text that looks like:
"Testers","3802xxxx88084"
"Testers","5911xxxx89083"
"Testers","6205xxxx40086"
