[Building Sakai] Spring 3

That seems to have been the problem. I had just done a git clone from the
other link, and it wasn't the source with spring 3, so I removed the tomcat
and did trunk straight from sakaiproject site, and left out those configs
in tomcat. That seems to have been the problem. And now tomcat is starting
without a problem. I will quickly create a module that has spring 3 for
testing tool deployment.
