[Building Sakai] Spring 3

[Nguni Phakela]

I did a fresh checkout of trunk, and then downloaded tomcat 7.40.

The build is successful. However, when starting tomcat, I'm getting
exceptions. They are mostly (if not all) about Failed to start component.

How do I resolve this?
