[Building Sakai] Javadocs local

Hi all,

I ran this command

mvn javadoc:javadoc

as outlined here:
https://confluence.sakaiproject.org/display/BOOT/Javadocs+for+the+Sakai+API

In *<sakai source>*/target/site/apidocs I should find the docs, but there
is no folder, site. I have an xml file here

/opt/sakai-2.9.1/target/javadoc-bundle-options/javadoc-options-javadoc-resources.xml


What could I be doin wrong?
